 21 Ways to Become Happier

12 Ways to a Happier World

Remember my May 20, 2003 episode # 7,  Happiness and the Determinism vs. Free Will Question, and my February 8, 2005 episode # 92,  A Conversation about Happiness, Free Will and Determinism?  I'm absolutely  convinced that understanding the causal nature of human will can boost one's happiness.  Visit the site of my new TV show, Exploring the Illusion of Free Will, and choose from over 40 half-hour episodes uploaded.  Learn why cause and effect rule the universe, and why our human will is therefore causal, and also, not incidentally,  unconscious.

I'm also co-hosting, with show producer "The Messenger," a new LIVE call-in TV show called Myth of Free Will.  We premiere on New York City's Manhattan Neighborhood Network, MNN, later this fall.  But, we're already having a great time live-broadcasting in preview at the show's regular weekly timeslot - Wednesdays at 11p.m. E.T.  So, watch, call in, and join the fun!  Don't live in Manhattan?  Watch and call us from anywhere in the world through MNN's live streaming.  Just go to the Lifestyle Channel 2 on the MNN homepage, and click "Watch Now"
